Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between /resources and /content-hub?
The Content Hub is the articles library — blog posts, field notes, and analysis. Resources is the downloadable-materials library — playbooks, whitepapers, checklists, benchmarks, and templates. Articles argue a point; resources are the tools you take away.
Are these resources free to use?
The published methodologies (BRAND Score, knowledge graph benchmarks) are free and permanently linked. The playbooks and templates are typically gated on a scoping call — we want to hear your use case before we hand you a template so we can point you at the right version. No form-filling just to satisfy lead capture.
Why are some resources marked Coming soon?
Each coming-soon tile names the target query we plan to own with that resource. Google sees the topical coverage intent while the content is being written; the tile becomes a live link as each resource ships. This is honest about the publication timeline rather than hiding the gap.
How do I get early access to an in-progress resource?
Book a scoping call at https://calendly.com/crawlq-ai-demo/book-a-demo-call. If the resource you need is in progress we will usually share the draft under NDA. If it is already written, we will send you the version tuned to your industry.
Can I contribute a case study or playbook?
Yes. Field case studies from customers are the most credible resources on this page. If you have run the pattern in production and want to publish the artefact (anonymised to whatever degree makes sense) we will co-write it with you and publish it here with full attribution. Start with a scoping call.
