Product walkthrough

How an agency uses CrawlQ Studio, step by step.

The same path we follow on a demo call, written down.

  1. Step 1

Set up a workspace for each client

Create a workspace per client and upload that client's foundation documents — brand guidelines, personas, positioning. Studio builds a Brand Memory from them: a map of the people, pain points, differentiators and channels inside those documents. The number of workspaces depends on your plan.

  2. Step 2

Research from the client's own material

Ask Athena about the client's market, competitors or content gaps. Answers draw on that workspace's knowledge graph, personas, research and voice rules rather than the public internet.

  3. Step 3

    Produce content with Canvas workflows

Start from a prebuilt workflow — LinkedIn content, blog to WordPress, newsletter, cold email, weekly digest, competitive intel — or build your own on the node canvas.

  4. Step 4

Read the BRAND Score on every output

Each output gets a BRAND Score on 5 named dimensions: Brand Fidelity, Reasoning Depth, Audience Alignment, Novelty & Differentiation, Deliverability. It is a model-assisted evaluation against your own brand documents, meant to help the reviewer, not to replace them.

  5. Step 5

Switch on human review for the workspace

Human review is opt-in per workspace and off by default. When it is on, a named reviewer approves each AI output, and the approval records who decided and when.

  6. Step 6

Hand the client's legal team the evidence

Approvals land in a Merkle-chained, tamper-evident audit trail you can export. A fingerprint of each record is anchored to a public transparency log CrawlQ cannot edit, so an auditor can check your export against it without access to CrawlQ. Only the fingerprint is public, never the content.

More detail: the product overview, how the audit trail is verified and how the BRAND Score is defined. No tool makes you compliant; whether your process meets your obligations is a call for your counsel.
