Terms of service.
Using CrawlQ Studio means agreeing to the standard SaaS terms — subscription, fair-use, liability cap, and cancellation. The full contractual document is under legal review; the summary below covers the material points.
Subscription: monthly or annual. You can cancel at any time from inside Studio billing; you keep credits through the end of the cycle you paid for.
Lifetime members: your AppSumo agreement is honored exactly as signed — same tier, same limits, same features. See the early adopters page for the migration specifics.
Fair use: no scraping, no model extraction, no reselling API access as a competing product. Everything else — including heavy generation, automation, and integration with your stack — is in scope.
Warranties and liability: standard SaaS terms. No consequential damages. Liability cap at twelve months of fees paid. Covered in the full document.
