Privacy.

CrawlQ Studio processes personal data under GDPR as a data processor on behalf of our customers, and as a data controller for our own business operations. The full privacy policy is under legal review; the substance is already in effect.

Short version: your brand data lives in the European Union, we do not use it to train any AI model, and we cannot read inside your workspace unless you explicitly ask us to — for example, during a support request you initiate.

If you have a specific question — retention, subprocessors, subject-access request, deletion request — email us. We reply in writing so you have a record.

Cookies on crawlq.ai

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing clears these cookies.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) — measures how the site is used (pages viewed, sign-up and checkout starts). Cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years. Without consent it runs in Google Consent Mode and sends only cookieless pings.
  • Meta pixel (Meta Platforms) — measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies _fbp and _fbc, up to 90 days. Sends no events without consent.
  • Campaign attribution (first party, cq_attr, 90 days) — remembers the campaign, ad click id, landing page and referring site that first brought you to CrawlQ, so a later purchase can be credited to it. Contains no name, email or account data. Set only with consent.
  • Your cookie choice (first party, cq_consent, 180 days) — stores whether you accepted or rejected, so we do not ask again and studio.crawlq.ai can respect the same choice. Strictly necessary.
