The Ledger reads new mail every few minutes and pulls out what someone asked of you, what you owe and what is due, each with the line it came from.
Stays on your computer
It runs on your own Windows PC or Mac. Your mail is not sent to Quantamix or CrawlQ. It reads only: it cannot send, delete or change anything in your mail.
Use it from your own Claude
It includes a local connection (MCP) so Claude on your computer can ask what matters today.
What to know before you buy
- Your own AI key. To read mail for asks and deadlines, the Ledger uses an AI account of your own (an OpenAI or Anthropic key). Reading is capped per day so the cost stays small, and you can switch it off.
- A first-run warning.The Windows installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen. Choose More info, then Run anyway. On Mac, right-click the app and choose Open the first time.
- Sign-in. You connect your mail with Google, or another email account. Company Google accounts sometimes need an administrator to allow it; a personal account works without that.
